2. Pricing and Availability

• Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.

• Errors: In the event that a book is listed at an incorrect price due to a typo or supplier error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that item.

• Stock: We do our best to keep our inventory accurate, but occasionally a title may become unavailable. If this happens after you’ve paid, we will offer a full refund or an alternative title.

3. Payments

• Accepted Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and EcoCash.

• EcoCash Transactions: For EcoCash, payment is only considered "complete" once you have shared the transaction confirmation with us via WhatsApp and we have verified the funds.

• Currency: Unless otherwise stated, all transactions are processed in USD. To purchase using Zig, please communicate with us via WhatsApp for payment arrangements.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Timelines: While we offer "Express Shipping," delivery times are estimates provided by third-party couriers and are not guaranteed.

• Risk of Loss: Once a package is handed over to a courier and a tracking number (if applicable) is provided, the risk of loss is between the customer and the courier. We will, however, assist you in tracking any delayed parcels.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including marketing copy, logos, and images—is the property of PassionReads. You may not use our branding or product descriptions for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

6. User Conduct

By using our site, you agree not to:

• Use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
