3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or Email containing your tracking number (if applicable). You can use this number to monitor your book’s journey.
4. Damaged Items
We wrap our books securely, but if your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
5. Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, a re-shipping fee may apply.
