At PassionReads, we want you to love your next great read. If your order isn't quite what you expected, we’re here to help.
1. Return Windows
Physical Books: You have 7 days from the date of delivery/collection to initiate a return.
Damaged or Faulty Items: Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt if your book arrived with significant printing defects or transit damage.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your book must be in the exact condition you received it:
Unread with no "cracked" spines or folded corners.
Free of marks, stains, or "old book" odors (e.g., smoke or perfume).
If the book arrived shrink-wrapped, the seal must remain unbroken.
Note: Digital downloads and "Blind Date with a Book" mystery boxes are final sale and cannot be returned.
3. The Return Process
Contact Us: Message us on WhatsApp or email [Your Email] with your order number and a photo of the book.
Evaluation: Once we confirm the return is eligible, you can drop the book off at our collection point or courier it back to us.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong title sent or damaged upon arrival).
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return:
Exchanges: You may exchange the book for any other title of equal value (stock permitting).
Refunds: We will issue a refund to your original payment method (Visa/Mastercard/PayPal) or via EcoCash within 3–5 business days.
Store Credit: Alternatively, we can provide a digital voucher for your next purchase, which never expires.
